Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of VersusKit, including its AI research, comparison, export, publishing, and billing features.

Effective August 10, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Kareverie LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, operating the Service under the VersusKit name (“VersusKit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using VersusKit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

VersusKit helps users research products, choose competitors and comparison fields, generate editable comparison content, attach sources, export results, and publish public comparison pages. Features, limits, and availability may differ by plan and may change as the Service develops.

We may modify, add, or remove features and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, protecting your email account and sign-in links, and all activity under your VersusKit account. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, impersonate another person, or create accounts through automated or deceptive means.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, edit, or configure in the Service (“Your Content”). You grant VersusKit a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, display, and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide features you request, including AI generation, exports, and public publishing.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use Your Content and that our processing of it as described in these Terms will not violate law or another party’s rights. You are responsible for reviewing and backing up important content.

AI output and research

The Service uses automated systems and public web research to generate competitors, fields, comparison cells, summaries, and source links. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, misleading, or incorrect. Source links do not guarantee that an output accurately reflects the source.

You must independently review output before relying on or publishing it, especially for pricing, security, compliance, legal, financial, medical, or other consequential claims. VersusKit does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice and does not guarantee that generated comparisons are accurate, complete, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Break the law or violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Publish deceptive comparisons, fabricated endorsements, or knowingly false claims.
  • Submit secrets, regulated data, or personal information you lack permission to process.
  • Distribute malware, probe security, disrupt the Service, or bypass access controls.
  • Scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it.
  • Use automated means to evade usage, generation, project, or billing limits.
  • Use the Service to facilitate fraud, harassment, discrimination, or harm.

We may investigate suspected misuse and remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

Publishing and exports

You control whether to publish a comparison page. Published pages are public, may be indexed or copied by third parties, and may include your configured call to action and source links. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and presentation of pages and exports you distribute.

Deleting a project permanently deletes its associated data and published page from VersusKit. This action cannot be undone, and deletion cannot remove copies already cached, downloaded, or republished by third parties.

Plans and billing

Current prices, included usage, and plan limits are shown before purchase. Single Page purchases are one-time payments for the specified project. Pro is a recurring subscription and renews automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply. Stripe processes payments and manages the billing portal.

You authorize the applicable charges when you complete checkout. You can cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect according to the period shown there. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, charges already paid are non-refundable. Changing or canceling a plan may affect future generation, regeneration, export, branding, or project allowances, but does not transfer ownership of Your Content.

Our ownership

VersusKit and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property, excluding Your Content. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, but we will not identify you publicly as the source without your permission.

Third-party services and links

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Supabase for data and authentication, OpenAI for AI features, and Stripe for payment services. It may also link to product websites and public research sources. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and VersusKit is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete projects from your workspace. Contact us if you need account-level deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay amounts due, or if required by law.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and responsibility for published content—will survive.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” VersusKit disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VersusKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid VersusKit in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale of the Service.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@kareverie.com.
